Designing payment flows and betting interfaces on a large iGaming platform with 5M+ end users. Using AI tools across prototyping, ideation, and copywriting. Helped build and launch a design system now used by 200+ brands, alongside back-office tooling that runs the full platform.

Solely worked on Within Health — a telemedicine product that moved a US eating disorder clinic fully online during COVID. Covered the full design process: research, prototyping, and close collaboration with the client team.

Jan 2019 – Nov 2020

Worked on digital products at one of Ukraine's top 5 banks serving 2M+ customers. Improved the loan application flow and key user journeys in the iOS app. Redesigned the internal customer service platform used daily by 2,000+ staff across 200+ branches.

Along the way I also got a degree in tourism and travel services management from Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics (2015–2019). I didn't have the courage to follow that path, but I kept everything I learned along the way.
